Sense Rugby is held in Term 4 and Term 1 each year. It is an 8 week program held on Tuesdays. The group starts week 2 of term with the last group in week 9.

This group is all about helping your pre-kindy or kindy-aged child feel ready and confident for the start of school. We’ll build fine and gross motor skills and practice being apart of the group. Children will also learn how to manage transitions between activities and explore strategies to support emotional regulation.
We’ll also focus on parent-child connection. Caregivers will learn practical ways to support regulation and play in meaningful, everyday moments. You’ll leave with strategies to help your child adjust to new routines.
Each week, we explore a different school. readiness theme, such as getting ready for school, separation anxiety, and more.
When: Tuesdays 9.30am for 10 weeks starting 28th April

The energy and stress levels of the mother are the cornerstone for keeping everyone else in the house together. This is a very powerful position and also exhausting! We understand that it can be hard to take time out to look after yourself. Even though we know self care is essential, but logistically this can be almost impossible. We understand that it is hard to learn better ways of doing things when we are in the middle of our normal routine and stressed out. We need time to relax, get perspective and have an action plan. So we hope to create a calm, relaxing and enriched learning environment for you on this retreat.
The retreat offers a combination of individual or group therapy sessions, massage, craft, relaxation and pamper activities. Nourishing meals are provided and each guest has their own room and bathroom.

This seminar also includes a practical component around conducting initial OT assessments and clinical observations.

Camp offers numerous opportunities with therapeutic intervention to support children gain greater skills in independence, making friends, managing their feelings and much more!
