Young Ladies Getaway Camp 2021

Young Ladies’ Getaway is for girls 14 to 16 years and is held every year. This overnight sleepover is a great opportunity for girls to build their friendship and life skills in a fun and supportive environment. There will be activities such as craft, cooking, structured discussions around ‘girly stuff’ such as friends, high school and looking after our bodies (other topics on request)- and more which we plan around the girls’ goals. Our therapy intensive camps are highly staffed by two qualified Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Students as support staff, who stay with the girls for the duration of the camp. There is a maximum of 8 places for girls on these trips. Prior to camp families will meet with one of the therapists attending for a pre-screen and goal setting session. During the camps, parents receive a daily newsletter with updates on what the girls have been up to.
