I’m a mum of three incredible completely different, amazing and beautiful neurodivergent teenagers, and a wife to a FIFO husband. Born in Western Australia, I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to the work I am deeply passionate about.
My career began in the childcare industry, where I supported children from birth to 12 years in many different roles. I then moved into school settings as a Teacher’s Assistant and Inclusive Education Assistant, supporting students aged 3–12 years in achieving their goals. More recently, I’ve stepped into the role of an Allied Health Assistant, working closely within occupational therapy, where I’ve truly found my passion.
As an Allied Health Assistant, I find great reward in supporting children, teens, and young adults to build skills, work toward their goals, and gain confidence in their everyday lives. A big part of what I value is working alongside families—providing support, understanding, and practical strategies to help navigate both challenges and successes. Being able to walk alongside families and celebrate even the small wins is one of the most meaningful parts of my role.
As a parent of an autistic child with additional diagnoses, I have firsthand experience navigating the NDIS and understand the complexities families face. This perspective allows me to approach my work with empathy, insight, and a strong focus on practical, meaningful support.
Outside of work, I’m a hands-on mum who loves baking, crafting, playing games, and spending quality time with my family and animals. I enjoy gardening, going for walks, swimming and horse riding. One of my happy places is to be anywhere around animals—especially mini ones like donkeys, horses, and cows.
