Creative Minds
Creative minds group is a safe space to connect with like-minded peers to explore social and emotional skills through art and creativity.
Goals of the group:
- Explore social and emotional skills through art and creativity
- Build awareness of our own regulation through body clues, stressors and strengths, and supports
- Discover and add tools to our own toolboxes such as mindfulness
- Learn how to be in the present moment to connect with ourselves and others

Location: Calm and Connected HQ at 19B Erade Drive, Piara Waters
Time:
9-13 year olds 3.45-4.30pm
14-18 year olds 4.45-5.30pm
Dates: 8 week program held every Term on Thursdays. The group starts week 3 of Term with the last group in week 10
Cost: $55 per person / per session
