We are looking forward to learning and working with you over your time with us! We have created this pack to help guide you through and to keep us all on track so that you get the most out of your time on camp.
A bit about us…
We have been running camps since 2015 here in Perth- which has grown from Camp Confidence to many more therapy camps each year, as well as support camps! Our camps are modelled from Camp Jabiru which is run by the Sensory Gym in NSW each year- it is a massive camp with therapists coming from all over Australia and from overseas.
We all love camps. It is incredible to see campers and staff can grow over such a short amount of time. They are amazing on so many different levels- but it is a full on experience! As well as camps we also run a number of groups and work with children and their family during individual sessions at home, school and in the community. We are all really passionate about what we do and we can’t wait to share this with you!

Post Camp
You’ve made it through! We hope you enjoyed camp and that you feel like you were able to learn lots! Please finish completing your goals planning page/notes page (remembering to remain confidential) and re-rate your goals. We would love to hear from you and how your ratings changed so we can use your feedback to grow our program for supports on camp, and to hear your experiences..
Camp is full on, so if camp has raised any concerns for you please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your camp organiser or leaders.
2 weeks post camp you will be invited to attend an online debrief to chat about camp any thoughts and questions post camp. We highly recommend attending this as it is a great chance to unpack what you have seen and how to carry it forward into your own practice. Details will be emailed post camp.
If you are interested in staying in the loop we have a monthly therapist newsletter which comes out with blog posts, cool resources we’ve found and article reviews – sign up here.
And any feedback is always really appreciated and helps us to learn too 🙂
